Nutritional Yeast Dressing


Recipe Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • pinch of sea salt

  • ground pepper, to taste

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients except olive oil in a blender. Blend until smooth, then slowly add the olive oil, using the blender on a low setting.

  2. If you don’t have a blender, you can easily make it by whisking all the ingredients together. Just make sure you mince your garlic very fine.
