  • Sprinkle the grapefruit with sugar and broil for two minutes. While you have the oven on, slice the sweet potatoes and beets and roast with olive oil and spices (berbere is delicious!). Sautee the shallots with ginger and garlic and add the bok choy & beet leaves until wilted. Take the apples on a hike for a refreshing snack. Feed the salad mix to some rabbits.
