Buttery Sauteed Snap Peas

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil / 2 cucharadas de aceite oliva

  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter / 2 cucharadas mantequilla si sal

  • Sugar Snap Peas

  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt / 1 cucharada de sal

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper / Media cucharada de pimienta

  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne (optional) / un ocho de pimenton (opcional)

  1. Heat oil and butter together in a large pan over medium-high heat. When butter is melted, add the snap peas, tossing them around in the pan to coat in the oil/butter mixture. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne, and sauté until the snap peas are crisp. It takes about 4-to 5 minutes

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and season with extra salt and pepper.
